Solid carbide taps
H-Series taps are produced in the highest quality ultra-fine grain carbide. In certain cutting applications, such as those involving heat-treated steel, grey cast iron and cast aluminium, carbide offers extremely high levels of productivity in terms of both tool life and cutting speed.
Likewise, in many forming applications, for example those involving low/medium-strength steel, stainless steel and wrought aluminium, H-Series carbide taps are highly competitive compared to high-speed steel taps.
